Kaleigh Mahon, M.Ed., LPCC, CDCA

Kaleigh Mahon received her M.Ed. in clinical mental health counseling as well as a certificate in addictions counseling from Kent State University. She is currently a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Grow Well Cleveland, LLC. Through this position, Kaleigh is able to work with children, adolescents, adults, and families presenting with a variety of stressors. Kaleigh appreciates having the opportunity to continue to integrate her interest in career counseling within this position. This is also Kaleigh's seventh year serving as a Website Chair for OCDA. Throughout her time on the board, she has enjoyed the opportunities to continue to learn and be involved through taking on new roles of President-Elect, President-Elect-Elect, Government Relations committee member, Bylaws committee member. In her free time, Kaleigh can be found spending time with her bird (Okra), creating art, and playing as a member of a community band.

Rachel is the Career Development Manager at The Ohio State University at Lima. In her role, she serves as a liaison between students and the northwest Ohio business community to facilitate workforce development initiatives such as career interest integration and regional internships. Rachel has always had an interest in education, and served on the Chamber of Commerce Education Committee, Bill & Melinda Gates Small School Transformation Initiative Center of Strength Representative for Lima City Schools, and was founding Administrative Principal for Heir Force Community School and Daycare.

Erin Liggett currently serves as an Assistant Director at The University of Akron. Erin considers herself to be a career enthusiast and believes in the power of infusing one’s most meaningful life roles into their work. In her role at UA, Erin serves as a liaison to the College of Business and works one-on-one with students and alumni on career and major exploration, job search strategies and application preparation, and graduate school research. In addition to working closely with students and alumni, Erin also leads marketing and career fair planning efforts for UA Career Services & Student Employment, and plans professional development workshops for students in the College of Business. Erin also works closely with employers to identify their hiring needs and help them connect with talented students and alumni from The University of Akron.  In her free time, Erin likes to be outside, create digital artwork, and spend time with her family, friends, and pets.

Richard Fajardo is a Career Development Coordinator for the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences at The Ohio State University. He has worked full-time in higher education since 2019 after spending several years working in various roles in the business world. Richard earned Business Administration degrees from Xavier University (Bachelor’s) and Bowling Green State University (Master’s) and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from John Carroll University.

Alicia Camak currently works as a Human Capital Management Senior Analyst within the Office of Human Resources and Workforce Development at the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT). Her focus is on statewide recruitment for the agency. Prior to serving in this role, she held roles in career services offices at various colleges and universities for nearly 10 years. Alicia holds a Master of Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing from The University of Akron. She is a Certified Professional Career Coach and serves as Secretary for the OCDA Board.

Angie McGinnis has been the Manager of Career & Transfer Services at Owens Community College since 2019. Angie earned her M.A. in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University, and her B.A. in Psychology and Spanish from Hiram College. Angie has been a Certified Career Services Provider since 2019. In her current role, Angie assists students and alumni with career/major exploration, job searching, and transfer planning. Angie also plans career and transfer-related events including career fairs, transfer fairs, and mock interviews and collaborates with employer and transfer partners. Angie has worked at Owens since 2001 and has held a variety of roles in Student Services including Admissions, Academic Advising, Orientation, and College Credit Plus. Angie is new to the OCDA board as a member-at-large and served on the Membership and Awards committees for 2025. Angie is the proud mother of 2 Owens graduates and is committed to education as a means to transform lives for the better.

Ryan is a Senior Career Advisor with the Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University. He is an LPC with a Masters in Counselor Education from Ohio State University and a Bachelors in Public Relations and Political Science from Bowling Green State University. He has served on multiple roles with OCDA over the last 10 years. Ryan lives in Columbus with his wife and 2 kids.

Christine Yancey, MHR, CPRW, CEIP

Christine served as President of OCDA for the 2023–2024 term and continues to stay actively involved with the organization. She currently works as the Manager of Student and Community Engagement at Sinclair College in Dayton, Ohio. Christine has a master’s degree in human relations from the University of Oklahoma and brings over 15 years of experience in career services and higher education. She also has more than seven years of experience planning large fundraising events for nonprofit organizations. She's certified as a Professional Resume Writer, Employment Interview Professional, Global Career Development Facilitator, and National Career Development Facilitator. Her journey has taken her all over the world thanks to her husband’s military career, and along the way, she’s had the chance to work with active-duty service members, veterans, and civilians. While living in Germany, she supported education programs at Spangdahlem Air Base. Back in the U.S., she worked with the American Cancer Society, where she helped lead one of the largest Relay for Life events in the country. Christine later became the Education Chief at New River Air Station, which serves Camp Lejeune—the largest military base on the East Coast. There, she worked closely with service members, managing tuition assistance and education services. When the Marine Corps launched a new transition program at Camp Lejeune, Christine stepped into a new role helping military personnel prepare for life after service—where her passion for career development really took off. After moving to Ohio, she found a true sense of home. At Sinclair College, she leads a team that provides career support services, connects students with employers, hosts campus-wide events and career fairs, and offers leadership development opportunities. She also oversees the college’s career resource center and plays a key role in planning career fairs. Christine is passionate about helping others grow, find purpose, and reach their goals. She looks forward to continuing her work with the OCDA and supporting the career development community across the state.

Calvin's career in Higher Education began at Wright State University in the Office of Disability Services as a Transition Coach. In that role, he was responsible for assisting incoming freshman students in making the transition from high school to college. Currently, he is a Senior Exploratory Career Advisor at Sinclair Community College. Calvin loves helping students choose their major and assisting them when they are feeling undecided or unsure. He also academic advises for Sinclair's Liberal Arts & Social Sciences programs. In his free time, Calvin enjoys spending time outdoors with partner, JoEllen, dog, Archer, and cat, Rosie, and going to Dayton Dragons and Cincinnati Reds games.

Michelle is a Senior Career Advisor with Buckeye Careers, Office of Student Life at The Ohio State University. She completed a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Ohio University, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Ohio. Michelle is currently a dual degree student at The Ohio State University, pursuing a PhD in Educational Studies-Counselor Education alongside a Master of Public Administration and Leadership at the John Glenn College of Public Affairs, with practice and research interests in the Future of Work. A member of OCDA since 2021, she serves as a member of the Government Relations Committee in addition to her role as Archives Committee Co-Chair. Michelle is an avid traveler, sci-fi fan and history buff, fascinated by exploring connections between the future and the past.

Marie Nicks is a business owner, consultant, career coach, and instructor with over 20 years of comprehensive experience in workforce development, career development, and curriculum development. She is an Instructor with the National Career Development Association (NCDA) Facilitating Career Development (FCD) course and a Global Career Development Facilitator. Marie Nicks instruction and helping individuals from all walks of life navigate career decision making and customize career guidance programs for job seekers. Marie is skilled at helping people with résumé building, interviewing, and personal branding.

Sarah Grace McCollough runs the Career Services office at UC Blue Ash College (UCBA), where she loves helping first and second-year students figure out their next steps in life. With a master's degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Miami University, she manages the career services team and builds relationships with employers to connect students with great opportunities. When she's not at work, you'll find her directing and stage managing children's theatre productions, nurturing young performers while staying active in her community through volunteer work. Whether she's coaching a nervous student through their first job interview or helping kids discover their love for theatre, she's passionate about empowering others to reach their potential.

Sarah JanTausch is the founder of SRJ Coaching and Consulting (valuesbasedcareers.com). She is an Executive & Career Coach, Speaker, and Trainer who works with adults to create Values-Based Careers and to unlock the hidden job market. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio Wesleyan University in Politics & Government and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University. Sarah is Co-Chair of both the NCDA's and the OCDA's Government Relations Committees. Before transitioning to the career development field, she had a successful career in state government holding various leadership positions.

Newton Kimberly is a Career Catalyst at Ohio Wesleyan University, supporting students in the Careers with Social Impact & Humanities/Arts Career Communities. He supports students through Career Exploration, serves as a Staff Leader for Spring Break Service Trips, and puts on incredibly nerdy programming to support students in a fun and casual way. He is just joining the board for the first time and has previously been a member of the Government Relations Committee. In his free time, Newton spends a lot of time playing board games, listening to music, painting miniatures, and spending time with his wife and whatever dog they are watching on Rover!

Taylor Lincicome is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Professional Resume Writer, and is career coaching certified through InsideTrack. She has worked in higher education since 2014 assisting students with career exploration and career planning. She worked for the past 9 years as a Career Counselor with Columbus State Community College where she assisted students with decision making related to choosing a major as well as mapping out career paths (experience building, resume writing, interview practice, job and internship strategizing), as well as coaching for their career planning within the college. She recently accepted a position with OhioHealth as an Academic Partnership Consultant where she will be working to develop a pipeline for high school students into the healthcare field.

Ryana Munford earned her M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from Kent State University. She currently serves as a Career Advisor at The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business, where she supports undergraduate students in exploring career paths, building professional skills, and preparing for successful futures in the business world. This is her first year serving on the OCDA Board as Co-Chair of the Newsletter Committee. She is excited to contribute to the organization’s mission and collaborate with fellow professionals to share insights, updates, and stories that highlight the vibrant OCDA community. In her free time, Ryana enjoys trying out new restaurants around Columbus and discovering the city’s diverse food scene.

Felicia Wethington received her M.Ed. in Student Affairs in Higher Education in 2024. Her passion for supporting student and career development led her to become involved with the Ohio Career Development Association (OCDA), where she first served on the Hospitality Committee for the 2025 OCDA Spring Conference. Through that experience, she built meaningful connections and knew she wanted to take on a larger role. This year, she is excited to serve on the OCDA Board for the first time as Co-Chair of the Career Development Month Committee. Felicia looks forward to contributing to the field while continuing to grow personally and professionally with the OCDA community. In her free time, she loves to bake, craft, and chase her toddler around.

Anna-Kaye Rowe, M.A., MPA

Anna-Kaye C. Rowe currently serves as an Assistant Director for Career and Employer Engagement in Career Services at Ohio University where she works primarily with students and employers in the Russ College of Engineering and Technology.  She provides career coaching with an appreciative lens and professional development for diverse student populations and student-led organizations. Anna-Kaye enjoys coordinating initiatives focused on career readiness and mentorship, teaching career courses, and seeing the positive engagement and self-efficacy students develop throughout their career journey. 

Originally from Manchester, Jamaica, Anna-Kaye has lived in Athens, Ohio for the past 10 years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communication from the University of the West Indies, Mona. She is a doctoral candidate studying Higher Education and Student Affairs at Ohio University, where she earned graduate degrees in Public Administration and Communication and Development. Anna-Kaye is also a Visiting Scholar at the Samuel D. Proctor Institute for Leadership, Equity, and Justice at Rutgers University.  As a proud first-generation and international practitioner, Anna-Kaye is passionate about access and equity in higher education, international students, and their post-graduation outcomes, and remains invested in equity-centered, innovative career design and professional development.
