"As student-facing personnel, you work with an array of students from different backgrounds. Of these students, first-generation learners seek to engage in their education to meet academic and career outcomes. Guided by research and topic exploration, this presentation seeks to provide insight into exploring the first-generation college student identity and the meaningful interventions you may implement to orient their short- and long-term career aspirations."
